Portugal Beats Denmark in Nations League Thriller

Portugal won an exciting match against Denmark to move forward in the Nations League. The game needed extra time after ending 3-3, but Portugal scored twice more to win 5-3.

Cristiano Ronaldo had an up-and-down game. He missed a penalty kick early on but later scored his 136th goal for Portugal. The Danish goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel made some good saves, including stopping Ronaldo’s penalty.

Francisco Trincao was the hero for Portugal, scoring two important goals. His second goal came just after extra time started. Goncalo Ramos added another goal near the end of the match.

Portugal will next play Germany in the semi-finals. Denmark will face Scotland in World Cup qualifying matches.
